The fields of foods and food processing accompany Andreas almost his whole career. It all started with the apprenticeship as a master butcher which was followed by an apprenticeship as a cook. The careful handling of foods was always in the main focus. To expand also his theoretical knowledge he completed a training as a food technologist. In 2012 - freshly motivated - he started at VEMAG. At the beginning his newly achieved and well-tried capabilities were needed as a technical advisor for the West of Germany. Since 2019 he is part of the “Forming and Grinding” team and works as a technical advisor international. Shortly after he became also a trainer for the VEMAG Academy and can now pass on to the participants his experiences from the most different areas.
